Introduction
This document contains an overview of possible BankID error codes that may be display to end-users and/or is made available to merchants in their integration of BankID. The document is intended for the development and support organizations of banks and merchants to help dealing with customer incidents.
Note that a separate document [BSEC] provides an overview of error codes for supplementary BankID services.
Note further that error dialogues in the BankID Client, including those that contain display of error codes from this document, are described in the User Dialog Definitions for the netcentric client: [WEBUDD].

The target group of this document is customer support services at Banks/Merchants and developers integrating an application with BankID.
