Migration between the pre-production and production environments
This section describes the necessary changes developers have to do in order to migrate the BankID installation from one environment to another. The two environments are pre-production and production.
BankID Server
During the authentication and signing process, the BankID Server uses the merchant certificates and keys to produce signatures. For more information see [ICSRV] or [ICSRV].
Banklagret Web-client
Normally the version number of the Banklagret client will increase for each of these environments. Version 2.3 will then have numbering: 2.3.2.0 – 2.3.3.0. The third digit indicates the environment (2 for pre-production and 3 for production).
Note that if you are using the initSession() function in BankID Server, you will get a HelperURL for the correct environment (i.e preproduction or production).
