title	New PreProd Release - Kiev

We have released a new version of BankID to the PreProduction environment. The release comes in two flavours - Merchant and Bank.

The documentation is now moved to confluence and we will have to add you before you get access - this is a one time process.

If you don't have access to the documentation and need it - please add your name here: https://servicedesk.bankidnorge.no/jira/servicedesk/customer/portal/6 (you will need to create a password first - then add e-mail addresses). Sorry of the inconvenience.

Planned release overview

Preproduction: Wednesday 15.11.2017 from 16:00 to 18:00 CEST - The preprod environment will be unavailable for some time in this period.

Production: 22.11.2017 from 00:00 to 05:00 - The production environment will occasionally be unavailable during this release. We will work hard to limit the impact on the end users.

Kiev release was deployed 11.10.2017, but due to some unexpected problem it was rolled back.

Kiev release 25.10.2017 was aborted , unfortunately it was rolled back again due to problems during the deployment.

The patch was released Week 26 2017. However rolled back as there was reported some problems with the patch.

BankID Database

To be decided

Migrate BankID Database from Oracle 11g to 12c.

Oracle will soon stop support for Oracle database 11g.
