The TINFO service ("Tilleggsinfo") implements Userinfo being a Protected Resource endpoint according to the OIDC standards. The service supports claims about the authenticated user beyond what is contained directly in the ID Token. See separate pages for further details on the following:

• Supported Scopes and claims
• Type of Access Token used by the service
• Consent handling for supported claims

The TINFO-service does in addition support the following features in conjunction with consent handling:

• Request acceptance from the end-user of a license agreement (EULA) at first-time use of the service
• Request the end-user to update his data at first-time use and thereafter at regular intervals

Whenever the user is requested to update his may choose to retrive data from an external source. The following external data sources are currently supported for each of the relevant scopes:
