Errors related to COI and any type of BankID Client (1[1-6]xx)

1109 | The client could not find the Merchant certificate. | Verify that the correct certificate is sent to the client and that the certificate has not been revoked and has not expired. |
1118 | Communication problem towards COI. | Contact BankID support at Nets. For a single user: Ask user to try another internet connection with better capacity or try to shorten the distance to Wi-Fi router. |
1119 | Expected response from COI timed out. | Close all browsers and try again in 10 minutes. |
1204 | COI did not receive any valid parameters. | Contact BankID support at Nets. |
1216 | Invalid client version. | Update the BankID client to the latest version. |
1297 | BankID protocol violation: Received client request is missing mandatory parameters. | Should not happen with valid client. As the end-user to try again. |
1299 | An incorrect client version is being used.

1321 | The Merchant has used the signing certificate for authorization or vice versa. | Investigate the merchant implementation. |
1334 | The merchant certificate is invalid. It could have expired. | The bank needs to check the order date of the certificate. |
1350 | Validation of SDO failed. Merchant has generated an invalid SDO. | Error could be due to incorrect or missing data. Investigate the merchant implementation. |
1356 | Timeout towards VA. | Contact BankID support at Nets. |
136C | The certificate status has been Revoked | The certificate has been revoked, please contact the bank that issued the BankID to have a new certificate issued. |
1402 | Banklagret COI reports internal error. | Try again, if the error persists, contact BankID support at Nets. |
1403 | The usage of your security element has failed too many times. The security element has been blocked. | Please contact the bank that issued the BankID. |
1406 | Incorrect data entered. | Please try again. |
1407 | An error has occurred with the bank's OTP-service. The error message is displayed inside the client. | Check the status of the bank's own OTP-service. |
1409 | The time it took to complete the transaction was too long. | Complete the transaction without any delays. |

1433 | Unable to reach the bank's HA-service. Probable causes:

1439 | The usage of an end-user's security element has failed too many times from or with an "unknown" device. The security element has been blocked. (In some scenarios this error could occur if the bank demands log-in from a device which is previously known to BankID). | Please contact the issuer of your BankID. |

1441 | Device name running BankID App is blacklisted. | Switch to a device which is not blacklisted. |

1450 | Too many incorrect passwords have been entered. Your BankID has been blocked. | Please contact the issuer of your BankID. |
1456 | The certificate has expired. A BankID certificate is valid for 1-2 years. | The bank that issued the BankID has to issue a new certificate. |
