The beneficial owners report service
The beneficial owner's reports service, also known as "Registerrapport for lov om reelle rettighetshavere", allows retrieval of information about the beneficial owners of an organization. The service can be used in accordance with the Norwegian regulations about beneficial owners, including reporting of beneficial owners, and is tailored for this purpose.
The response includes
- a visual overview map of all direct and indirect ownership
- a list of suggested beneficial owners including a collection of information elements as listed below
- for each beneficial owner, a visual map presenting the relationship to the entity of interest
